Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued after the product return has been reviewed and approved.

The processing time is up to 7 business days after the item is received at our inspection center.

The refund method will depend on the payment method used:

Credit card: chargeback on the invoice
Pix: deposit into the customer's account

The refunded amount will be equal to the total paid for the product.
