Exchange and Return

Your satisfaction is a priority at Krovix.

You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

For an exchange or return to be accepted:

The product must show no signs of use
It must be returned in its original packaging
It must include all accessories and items sent

In case of a manufacturing defect, the request period is up to 30 calendar days after receipt.
